Job Title: Graphic Designer (Figma)

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have a strong portfolio, and be proficient in Figma.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visual assets.
  • Create designs for a variety of mediums, including websites, social media, print materials, and more.
  • Develop designs from concept to final product, including sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Use Figma to create detailed design mockups and prototypes.
  • Produce high-quality graphics and visual elements that are both functional and visually appealing.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software, including Figma.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases a range of design work.
  • Expertise in Figma design software.
  • Proficiency in other design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision.
  • A strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in motion design and animation.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and practices.
  • Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
  • Experience in designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
