Job Title: Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as our own internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and issues.
• Manage compliance reporting and documentation, including regulatory filings, internal audits, and external audits.
• Ensure that all employees are trained on compliance policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve compliance violations and develop corrective action plans.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact our company's compliance obligations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance considerations are integrated into business processes and initiatives.
• Communicate compliance-related matters to senior management and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or other relevant certification.
• Experience in the healthcare or financial services industries.
• Knowledge of compliance management software and tools.
• Familiarity with international compliance regulations.
• Experience in developing and delivering compliance training programs.
